Agree an appointment in Tadcaster. Keep tapes and prints together, with any useful labels or notes.
Enjoy your digital copies
Receive your files by download and collect your originals. Prefer a USB? Ask when requesting your transfer.
Before the handover
Use the online order request to tell us your formats, approximate quantities and any deadline. If you’re unsure about a tape, include any markings. We’ll confirm compatibility, price and an estimated turnaround before arranging an appointment.

We’ll agree a time and share the meeting details directly. Please wait for confirmation before travelling. There is no need to post your media for the local appointment-based service.
Your digital files
Download delivery keeps the handover simple. If you’d rather use USB, select that in your request so we can agree the cost and check how you plan to watch the files. Your originals are returned by arranged collection.
Keep a second copy
Once you receive your files, download and check them, then keep an extra copy on another drive or a backup service you trust. A digital file still needs looking after.
